1. Cancellation Rules

Before 24 Hours of Check-in

• No Refund
• Postpone allowed
• Changes allowed

Within 24 Hours of Check-in

• No Refund
• Postpone not allowed
• Changes not allowed

On the Spot (No Show / Same Day)

• No Refund
• Postpone not allowed
• Changes not allowed

2. Postponement & Changes

• Allowed only if requested before 24 hours of check-in
• Booking can be shifted to another campsite/location in Pawna Lake region (e.g., A, B, etc.) subject to availability
• Management reserves the right to allocate alternative campsite without prior notice

3. Weather & Government Restrictions

In case of:

• Heavy rain or adverse weather
• Government restrictions
• Natural or safety-related issues

Certain activities may be cancelled or modified.

• No refund will be provided in such cases
• Operator will try to provide alternate feasible arrangements

4. Rescheduling Conditions

• Rescheduling allowed only with same number of guests
• Price difference must be paid as per current website rates
• Peak dates (Valentine’s Day, New Year, festivals, weekends) will have updated pricing
• Previous discounted rates may not be applicable

5. Important Notes

• Allocation of campsite/location may change without prior notice
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of rescheduling
• Management decision will be final in case of disputes
